UGC New Delhi has conferred autonomous status to the College in September, 2017 for a period of 10 years i.e from 2017-18 to 2026-27 and the same was confirmed by BPUT, Odisha. As per Govt. of Odisha Notification, the Governing Council of the College under Autonomous system consists of the following members vide Notification No. SDTE-HTE-II-0048-2017/5489/SDTE dated 09/11/2017:
