Shakti Super 50

Shakti- Super 50 is a one year fully residential post-graduate program in management practice and leadership that combines the best aspects of a world-class management degree coupled with courses in leadership and personal growth, liberal art and communication. Shakti prepares Learners to excel in the workforce while equipping them to be socially responsible and environmentally conscious individuals leading Odisha into a new global economy, where women play a significant role in driving progress and innovation.

Core Curriculum

Designed with input and insights from industry experts and world-class faculty, the core curriculum of Shakti - Super 50 has four converging tracks to prepare Learners for a successful career. These courses are complemented by curated workshops and sessions with eminent speakers and established leaders from different walks of life.

Placement & Career Support

Transformative approach through coaching, focussed job prep, international exposure and real-world internship and mentorship, for assured placements. Shakti offers comprehensive placement support ensuring that every learner receives appropriate placement opportunities and assured placement on completion of the program. The program also offers guidance and assistance to learners interested in pursuing entrepreneurial ventures, through its undertaking SWAKALPA at the World Skill Centre.

Eligibility :

Educational Background : Students and working professionals from varied educational backgrounds are eligible to apply

Fresher : Final year undergraduate student/graduation completed and above.

Work-ex : Candidates with work experience are eligible to join the program.

Age Limit : There is no age limit to apply.

Shakti Give Back

At Shakti learners graduate not only as competent professionals, but also as compassionate and socially responsible individuals, conscious of environment conservation and sustainability, poised to make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world. Learners will dedicate a month of their learning journey to activities such as working at government schools, organizing cleanliness drives, adopting a stream to clean and promoting basic hygiene and environmental consciousness in Odisha. In year two Shakti alumni will sponsor their upcoming juniors with 20% of their first two month salary as their give back to Shakti gesture.
