The World Skill Center (WSC) is a premier advanced skill training institute established by the Government of Odisha, Skill Development and Technical Education Department, through the Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA). Shri Naveen Patnaik, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, inaugurated the WSC on 5th March 2021.

World Skill Center, an advanced skill training institute of the Government of Odisha, has been envisioned as a premier institution with Industry-oriented training courses. The WSC will also serve as the nodal agency for ITI's and Polytechnic In title state for academic & placement related activities, under the Hub & Spoke model.
