OSDA is developing an academic block of G+9 floors in a land of 10.0 acres situated about 1.0 Km from WSC building. In the proposed academy block, ground and first floor shall be for Precision Engineering (PE) facility with a total floor area of 8528 sqm for two floors. The construction of G+1 floors for PE is in progress and is completed upto ground level as shown below.
The floors from 2nd to 9th shall be utilized for Ph-II courses such as Marine Technology & Aerospace.
