With state-of-the-art facilities, tailor made curriculum and experienced faculties, WSC provides a conducive environment for hands-on skill training.
School of Engineering(SOE)
School of Service(SOS)
Eligibility Criteria
- For School of Engineering, Students should have Completed/appeared two years of ITI or Diploma in Engineering/ Technology.
- For School of Services, student should have Completed/appeared +2 / Diploma in any discipline.
- The upper age limit for applying to the SOE courses is 30 years and SOS courses is 35 years.
- Students having permanent residence in Odisha are eligible.
Certification
World Skill Center will certify the courses.
Fees
- The Course Fee is Rs. 20,000/- only (The amount will be paid by students in two instalments; Rs. 10,000/- at the time of Admission and remaining Rs. 10,000/- before commencement of second semester).
- Separate Hostel for boys & girls are available.
- Uniform and hostel facilities including mess is free
Reservation
- Scheduled Castes (SC) - 15%
- Scheduled Tribes (ST) - 23%
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) - 4% (Horizontal Reservation)
- Women - 30% (Horizontal Reservation)
- Winners of Odisha skills/India skills/ AITT competition - 5% (Horizontal Reservation)
Placement
WSC shall equip trainees with the requisite skills for placement in nationally & globally reputed companies. Placement assistance will be provided to successful trainees.
